Mufumi Seller Studio Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Mufumi Studio (“Mufumi,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses and protects information when you use Mufumi Seller Studio, our Etsy and Pinterest optimization application.
Information we collect
When you connect an Etsy or Pinterest account, Mufumi Seller Studio may access information you authorize through those platforms, including account and shop identifiers, listings, product images, public boards and Pins, Pin analytics, listing performance, orders and transaction information needed for reporting. We also process settings, approvals, optimization history and actions you take inside Mufumi Seller Studio. We do not request or store your Etsy or Pinterest password.
How we use information
We use this information to import and analyze shop listings, research keywords and market opportunities, generate and schedule approved Pinterest content, connect Pins to the correct product URL, measure performance, identify listing and Pin coverage, recommend products and optimizations, manage rules you enable, maintain security and improve Mufumi Seller Studio.
Etsy and Pinterest data
Mufumi Seller Studio accesses Etsy and Pinterest information only after the account owner authorizes access. Use of information received from these platforms is limited to providing the features described in this policy and is subject to the permissions granted by the user. You may revoke Mufumi Seller Studio's access through the relevant platform settings or by contacting us.
Sharing of information
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that host or support Mufumi Seller Studio, or transmitted to Etsy and Pinterest when you request an action such as updating an approved listing setting or publishing a Pin. We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect users, Mufumi Seller Studio or the public.
Data retention and deletion
We retain connected-account data only for as long as needed to provide Mufumi Seller Studio, maintain required records and resolve security or legal issues. You may request deletion of your Mufumi Seller Studio data or disconnection of an account by emailing us. After a verified request, we will delete or de-identify eligible information, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
Security

Mufumi Seller Studio is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
